Slackerisms: adj. Mannerisms pertaining to one also known as a slacker.
In other words, I need to kick my bum into gear and get hired somewhere. I'll do just about anything! You have a cat who needs potty training? Deal. Dogs with toenail problems? Got you covered. Milking Snakes? I will do it! Though the little udders... they're so hard to find.
Point being: finances scare the (insert some sort of non crude object here) right out of me. Toilet paper rationing is about to happen. Three squares a day folks. ;)
Just kidding, in all reality we're doing pretty marvellously. Matt is one of the President's Ambassadors so he gets a sweet scholarship that covers basically everything but my shampoo. Great, right? However. People existing happen to cost money. And savings accounts like to stay impressive for emergencies. So. Job hunting we go.
The good news is that our apartment is no longer drowning in boxes, and we're pretty much settled. (And homey! We have pictures on the wall! I know, I know. You can't believe how awesome that is, right? Neither can we. ;) ) So eventually, like maybe tomorrow when I clean up the papers from the kitchen table and put dishes away, I'm going to take pictures for posterity's sake and I'm even going to let you see them! Read as: I'm showing off because I think we have a cute apartment. :)
The second week in our married ward, I decided I like it. The first week I wasn't sure. It's such a different dynamic! But there are a lot of cute people there and I'm excited for Relief Society because seriously, they're the cutest girls ever. Sister Childs had me giggling through her lesson over her expressive confessions of wanting a malamute puppy more than a baby.

I don't know... she may have a point. ;)
Anywho. I promise I'll stop overloading the internet with pictures sooner or later... (ok, ok. Who am I kidding. I don't think I'm capable of keeping that promise. :p)
Aaand now to the apartment. :)
Ok, first off, we finally opened our sparkling lemonade and celebrated bein hitched and unpacked in our first apartment! Cute star ice cubes compliments of the aunts who threw the grand bridal shower. :p
