halfway to a milestone?

Jaden boy, I can't believe this. My baby is six months old. 
Six months! 
Do you know how crazy this all feels? I still have moments when I look at you and can't believe that I'm your mom.  You're growing and learning so fast. You're officially crawling now, and I love it but hate it all at the same time. You're much harder to keep track of, but it's kind of funny to look into the living room where I left you and not see you there only to find you under the kitchen table. Trying to climb chairs, I believe. You are one busy little boy. :) I love hearing the little slaps of your hands on the tile when you follow me around.  You're starting to try and climb up on things. Great for you, not so good for us. One of these days I'm going to find you on top of the tv stand. That's how you've done everything else... try it out a little bit and then jump into it all of a sudden.  You love to smile. I almost always go into your room in the morning and find you quietly babbling to yourself and grinning. You're growing like a weed! A very tall weed. At your 6 month appointment you were in the 96th percentile for height but only the 8th for weight. You're still our string bean boy. ;) I love it though. You're so proportionate. You like like a mini man instead of a baby.  My hair has become a big part of your interests lately. You love to play with it now, especially when you're tired or eating. It's kind of adorable. :)  Baby boy, I'm so proud of you! You are such a bright boy, it's so much fun to watch you observe things and figure out your world. I love your happy disposition, it brings so much light to our home. I love when you let me snuggle you still. (Usually you're too busy anymore...) It makes me so happy when you curl up against my chest. I really think that snuggling a baby can cure just about anything. You've helped me cheer up so many times! I think that's part of your personality. I'm excited to see your personality grow and become more prominent.  I wonder if you'll be a people person like your dad. You love interacting with other babies.  I love you little man! You're my favorite little buddy. :) Happy halfway.
