Miquelle and Corey's visit
After Reed's baby blessing, Kell and Corey were in Utah for another week. I was lucky enough to get them all to myself for a little over night trip! They drove down on Sunday and caught the end of Sacrament meeting with us, and then got to hang out with me and Jaden- can you guess where poor Matt was? Yup. At work. :( I don't get the chance to sit and visit with my sisters in law very often- especially not Miquelle now that she's in Nebraska. I had so much fun just hanging out and getting to know Corey better. I love how happy those two are together, it makes my heart happy. :)
Also, if you know Miquelle, you know how much she loves cows. Like seriously loves cows. And now we know how much Heavenly Father loves Miquelle! There were some cows that were close to calving, but my dad said he thought they wouldn't start coming for another week. So when I told Kell that there was a possibility there would be brand new babies for her to see when she was here she (maybe or maybe not) jokingly said she'd start praying for baby cows... well. We had not one, but SIX calves by Sunday. How awesome is that??
Maybe it's totally ridiculous how happy that made me, but it was so touching to me. (And you can go ahead and tell me it was coincidence or whatever, but I like to think it was a little divine signature.)
I have the best dad who let us all tag along while they fed the cows, and even had the twins (did I mention one of the cows had TWINS?? Oh. Well she did. How's that for answered prayers?) in a pen so that we could move the mama out and let Kell and Corey pet the calves. :) Best ever!
I was so lonely after they left... I could definitely get used to cute company to make my days less quiet! ;) Although let's be honest... Jaden doesn't give me quiet days very often anymore. ;)
Anyway... I vote they come back to visit us soon! (I also vote that Matt doesn't have to work next time so he can be in on some of the fun. :) )

Fun Farm trip.....Love the little baby calves....They are now very wet and muddy with all of the snow we have had. Hope they can survive all of the wet weather......No fun for your Dad and Lloyd to wade in the mud....
