Reed's baby blessing weekend!

I have the sweetest little nephews in the world guys. This weekend was such a wonderful visit with our family, and Reed's blessing was absolutely perfect. :) Matt (Harker of course) blessed him at home, and it was great! We always love catching up with everyone.  Now, of course, I have HUNDREDS of pictures from the weekend... so why don't I tell you about it through them. ;)
Grandpa Coffin seriously had a ball with the grandbabies. He pretty much always had at least one- if not two- of them in his arms. :) He and Jaden did lots of chasing, reading, and snuggling. :) I love watching Mike with the kids, they all love him to death! Everyone else loves the babies too, but it's hard to get a turn with them. ;) We all loved giving Reed lots of snuggles though. He's just the sweetest little baby!

Grandpa Coffin forgot to do up the onesie after one of Jaden's diaper changes... it was pretty entertaining to watch him run around with his 'duck tail' or 'loin cloth'. ;)

Uncle Dan's 40th birthday party was so much fun. Our family definitely knows how to party. :) We had amazing food, Dan was told he had to use his new walker for the evening (and do shots of prune juice), and we all laughed so much. Heather put together a Jeopardy game for the party, "Dan in real life". :p The three official contestants were Steven, Matt H., and Jen. (although everyone threw answers out occasionally.) It was hilarious to see how competitive things got.
Grandma Wilde made ice cream cakes that were honestly to DIE for.
As for gifts there was plenty of bran, prunes, reading glasses, hearing helpers, magnifying glasses... all those things you really need when you turn 40. ;)

The next day was Reed's baby blessing. We got up and got ready, and set things out for the luncheon. I thought it was so nice to have it at the house- it made things feel more close knit, and reverent. (No kids screaming in the back of the chapel, or any of that fun stuff...)
Matt did such a great job with the blessing too- he's become such a great dad to Reed. :) He and Mallorie are an awesome team.
