The Twin's Graduation

Matt started his job on the 18th, so he wasn't able to come with Jaden and I for graduation. Sad day for him, but Jaden and I had a fun little road trip! We went to the Payson Temple open house on our way out of town, and Jaden did so good! He wasn't a fan of sitting still during the 10 minute film they played before the tour, but while we were walking through the temple he was really well behaved! He would be really quiet and then when something caught his eye he'd whisper "wow wow wow wow!" :) Cutest little reverent boy ever. It was really cool to have my baby boy in a temple with me, and looking into the mirrors in the sealing room was amazing. (The mirrors represent eternity, and I'm clearly a sentimental person because it made me teary. :) )
Jaden slept the rest of the way there, and then was so happy to wake up with Aunties and Grandma and Grandpa there!

It was a good weekend, and we loved being at Grandma's for a few days!

We're proud of Aunt Miss and Aunt Megan for graduating and we're SUPER excited for them to be in Ephraim (so we can see them a little more often on weekends!)

  1. What a very fun evening.....Loved the time spent with family and watching our twins graduate from High School...Where did the time go??? Loved you post telling about your trip to the Temple open house reminded we of out trip to the St George temple when Cameron was home from his mission. Cherene and Sharla and I took the little ones to the visitors center and Jaden was so cute when we looking at the Savoir and listening to the presentation. He was quiet and so reverent. It was a very special experience. He was very busy all of the time except in that room. Choice experience`....he felt something special there.
