Guys, go to Redcliffs.

For the last real party day of our Spring Break, Matt and I went with some of our friends to Redcliffs for the day. Sunshine, shorts, water, and a picnic? Really, it can't get any better than that can it?
(Random side note... according to the Leave it to Beaver (I'm reverting to my days of TV Land in Circleville lately. First Andy Griffith and now this?) episode I'm watching, according to Henry "a picnic is when you go out in the country and eat food off the dirt." And 'Theodore' says it's when you eat hot dogs and "hamburglers". Clearly we had a rockin time!)
So here's what I do best: pictures.
(The sad part is that I forgot my camera, and forgot that I forgot it until we hit Leeds. Thank goodness for ipods, right?)
See that tiny figure on the top? That's Jordan,
the mountain goat. :p See that white figure
on the face of the rock? That's my husband.
We discovered that our husbands are quite
the trail blazers/ adventurists. :p

I was dying over how gorgeous all the contrasting
colors are. I seriously kicked myself at least
seventy million times over forgetting a real
camera. It was gorgeous!

(see what I mean?)

(I feel like one day my kids will make fun of
me for being famous with bum shot pictures.
Sorry ladies. :p On the bright side, you're
all lookin good! ;) Ow ow!)

He still doesn't love pictures. :p

Since Matt ran away from me, Megan my
beautiful kitchen wall friend was
kind enough to take a picture with me. :p
It was such a fun trip! We even got a little sun burn! (aka pre tan :p) Take some treats and games and go spend a day! It's so beautiful, and being outside is much needed after lots of hours inside working or doing school or whatever else. Right? Right. :)

  1. I love Redcliffes....It truly is so beautiful and so close to home. It takes hardly any time to drive there and it is so worth it.....It is a great place to hide Easter eggs. Sometimes a little crowded at Easter time though. Looks like you had a great time. I am sure you will visit there again....
