Week 19

Well, There's not much new to tell you guys. :p (I feel like pregnant is pregnant and there's some milestones but basically I just say the same thing every week? I guess I'll want to remember later on though, especially since I've all but failed at journaling this year, so I keep putting them down. Sorry I'm a boring blogger these days. :p)

Cravings: Loaded baked potato soup! I had some when Matt and Mallorie came to visit a little while ago and the past few days it's just sounded so good!

Aversions: Water again. I don't know why but it's just gross! And dried fruit. Mainly craisins.

Best part of this week: Jaden has been doing lots more 'big' movements I guess, because I've felt a lot more! It's funny to see the different things that set him off. On the cattle drive last weekend he'd move around after we went over rough patches in the road, and if I ever lean forward too much he moves a lot too. I think he's trying to tell me I'm invading his personal space or something. ;) The other night when Matt started talking with me Jaden did a whole karate fest for the next few minutes. It's kind of fun, but still kind of weird. Sometimes it's so soft it just feels like butterflies kind of. And other times it's distinct movement. I think it'll be cool when it gets to the point where I can really tell he's moving around, and if it's a little hand or foot or what.

Hardest part of this week: I miss sleeping on my stomach. I don't know if it's even taboo for me to do that yet, but it's uncomfortable now, and it's starting to get uncomfortable to lay on my back too long! (He must start drop kicking my bladder whenever I'm on my back because it feels like there's way more pressure whenever I do.)
Feeling the round ligament pain has been kind of hard this week too. Some days it's really bad lately, he must be growing! :)

Besides waiting for March to get here, Matt and I have been pretty busy the past few weeks! Matt's taking a handful of upper division classes that keep him SUPER occupied with homework (namely Organic Chemistry), and he's had a more random work schedule this week. He's also started getting into his calling as the Elders Quorum president, so he's been hopping this week! Bless his heart, he still takes such good care of me. I married a good one, guys. :)
I've just been doing the same thing: Pharmacy and work. I have my exam next Tuesday so I've been studying more lately too. (to be read as cramming more) The good news is I'm completely done with my externship hours on Saturday! And then I have some spare time so maybe my house will finally get cleaned and I'll actually make real live meals for dinner. ;)
We're trying to plan a temple trip for our date night this week, which will be good because we haven't been able to make it for a couple of months, and it feels like it's been forever!
We're still seeing so many blessings fall into place as we get ready for this little guy to get here, I keep thinking it can't get any better and then something else falls into place. We truly are so blessed. Heavenly Father looks out for us when we follow his promptings.

We missed out on the Saturday sessions of Conference last weekend, but we did get to watch the Priesthood session, and all of Sunday with Grandma and Grandpa Barton! Her climbing vines were absolutely gorgeous, and we (of course) ate like kings and queens. :) I'll have to do a post of Conference when I get to my journal so I can remember my favorite parts. (Short term memory loss guys. It's inconvenient.) It was so great to listen to the Lord's servants though. I can't wait to catch up on the Saturday Sessions!
