What's pizza night without a side of dessert bread? Because you haven't had enough carbs yet... of course. ;)
I like regular bread sticks... Pizza Factory breadsticks are life changing....
but if you know me, you know I'll take anything in dessert form that I can.
I like to smother my breadsticks in cinnamon, sugar, and cream cheese frosting. ;)

Cinnamon Sugar Breadsticks
For the dough, you'll need:
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
Melted butter (approximately 1/2 c.)
Mix together all ingredients and let rest for about 10 minutes. Roll dough into 11x13 inch rectangle, and cut into strips. Pour half of your melted butter into the bottom of a cookie sheet. place dough into pan, spaced slightly. Brush the remaining butter onto the dough.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix onto the dough and let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 370 degrees F. for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
(optional: drizzle with cream cheese frosting, and serve warm.)
For the cinnamon-sugar topping you'll need:
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
*optional 3 Tbsp rolled oats (makes the mix have more of a crumble texture.)
mix together and sprinkle on breadsticks.
